Expressing dissatisfaction in a letter

HI,

I am trying to write a letter to the owner of a car dealership where I bought and then had repaired after an accident my car. The work done on the car was half assed and I am pissed. I get the run around from the workers there so I figured the best way was to write a letter to the owner while cc'ing VW customer service. (Its a premier VW dealer) The garage is supposed to be one of the best in NY but my experience has been nothing but hassle.
I am having problems coming up with an effective paragraph to close the letter with. I want to convey disappointment, dissatisfaction, and a resolve to have my car issue worked out either through the freindly route or failing that legal action. How can I get this across in a letter? Can someone help me out with this please?

Please help.

I did not find the right solution from the internet.
